The most important thing for us is to create an excellent service experience to our customers – whether it be automation design, a help desk phone call or a mobile application user interface. The core of our competence development is Protacon Academy where the skills development of our personnel is led from the middle, by playing, learning and succeeding together.
The competence of our more than 250 professionals covers the entire chain from service ideation to design and production. We provide business sector pre-studies, profitability assessments, productivity consultation, technical and functional specifications and process planning.

We are experts in productivity improvement, deployment & commissioning and change management. Our specialist areas include production of cloud services, design and automation of demanding systems, application development methods for CE marking of medical equipment and digitalisation of large electric drives.
During the years, we have implemented hundreds of systems, for example, more than 100 roll information system deliveries, more than 100 power plant automation deliveries and more than 300 software projects. In addition, we have carried out thousands of paper industry delivery projects.
